Chai Masala, the most commonly consumed form of “chai” (tea) in India, is a very special blend obtained by mixing the teas grown in this region with various spices.
This tea, which has a strong taste and a malty and spicy aroma, can be consumed with honey and hot milk if desired.
Ingredients: Black tea leaves from Assam (India), cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom
Preparation suggestions: Add 1-2 teaspoons of Chai Masala to 250 ml of water at 93 ºC – 99 ºC and let it brew for 5-6 minutes. For a more intense taste, it can be boiled instead of brewing for 5-6 minutes.
