• Liforme yoga mat has a special top layer that does not slip and dries quickly. In order to use it for a long time, you can make sure that your hands and feet are not oily/creamy before practicing.
• You can clean your Liforme yoga mat after 5/10 practices. We recommend that you research the content and brand of mat cleaner used in studios before using it. The mat cleaner should not contain oil or alcohol. We do not recommend wiping it with a mat cleaner.
• We recommend that you clean your Liforme mat with a sponge dampened with water. You can add a small amount of white vinegar or organic dishwashing detergent (such as Turmepa, Rossmann, Seventh generation or Frosh) to the water. First, you can wipe the black back side, then the upper colored part.
• When you practice yoga and sweat a lot, dry it by keeping it slightly open. Thanks to the special upper layer, you will see that it evaporates and dries quickly.
• When folding the Liforme yoga mat, it is important to fold the top colored part facing outwards. This way, the top layer will be airy until the next use and the top of the mat will not wrinkle.
• When you first open Liforme yoga mat, there will be a slight odor. This is because it uses natural rubber and the layers of the mat are bonded using a special heating technique instead of glue. Leave it open for a few days and the odor will go away. Liforme is planet-friendly and ecological.
