Do you have a store?

We sell online. You can come to our location in Ulus by contacting us in advance via our WhatsApp line.

Do you have a Whatsapp order line? What is your customer service phone number?

You can reach us on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00 on 0545 2312189.

Do you have an Instagram Store?

You can find information about all products on Instagram in the Insta shop in Yogazero.com collections.

Are there returns and exchanges?

If the product is unused, with its tags and packaging, you can return it within 7 days of the invoice date and exchange it within 14 days.

Is there a refund?

Yes. Once the product reaches us unused, with its tags on and in its packaging, the price of the product will be transferred to the account you used to make the purchase within 5 business days at the latest.

How many days will my order be delivered?

Products that are in our warehouse until 14:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day and delivered within 1-3 business days. The products we expect from our suppliers reach us within 1-3 days and are forwarded to the cargo as soon as possible and reach you within 3-5 business days. However, products that require special care such as goods and bracelets take time to prepare, and special production is stated in the description of these products. 

Do you have sales points? Where are they?

You can find some of Liforme yoga mats and textile products at Cihangir Yoga İstinye and Caddebostan branches.

Liforme yoga mats are available at Yogaşala Etiler and Nişantaşı.

I'm going to yoga camp, it's my friend's birthday, I need to get my order urgently, what should I do?

You can reach us on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00 on 0545 2312189. We will inform you about how we can help you (courier, private driver, door-to-door delivery).

Is there a gift wrap? Do you write a gift note?

Yes, we package your products in a stylish and careful way free of charge. If you have a gift note, we write it on a special card. We accept returns or exchanges for gifts.

Do you do yoga?

Yes.

Do you have yoga classes?

We do not have group lessons as Yogazero. Our founder Gözde Uysal gives private lessons, you can ask for private lessons from the WhatsApp line. When instructors who are ambassadors of the brands we represent from abroad (Liforme, Alo Yoga, Liquido Active, Ohmme) come to Turkey, we make announcements about these lessons. We announce the yoga lessons, workshops or camps of our yoga instructor friends with whom we are united. We announce the workshops and free lessons we organize.

Where can I do yoga? What are your recommendations?

There are yoga studios in many cities in Turkey. You can also join yoga classes in gyms.  You can take free lessons on YouTube. Alo Moves, Udaya, YogaGlo, YogaUni are the online yoga platforms we recommend.

 

Which cargo do you work with?

The cargo company we are currently working with is MNG Cargo.

If you request cargo companies other than MNG Cargo, we will ship on a cash on delivery basis.

 

Is there payment at the door?

Yes, MNG Cargo accepts cash payment at the door.

Is EFT - Money Order payment available?

Yes, there are EFT and money transfer options.

 

Is there free shipping?

Shipping is free for purchases of 300.-TL and above.

 

Are there installments available for credit cards?

Yes, there is an installment option with interest difference for up to 9 months.

 

What is the status of my order? Where is my order?

After your order is entered into our system, you will first receive an 'Approved' email. Then, depending on its status, you will receive 'In the process of supply' and 'Preparing' emails. When it is shipped, you will receive the cargo tracking number and details via SMS and e-mail. We do our best to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. 

 

Are your products original?

Yes, all our products are original. They are all sold with their own labels and packaging. Since we are a Turkish dealer, we also have the right to use all photos.

 

What are your precautions against imitations?

The company lawyer from whom we receive consultancy deals with these issues.

 

How can we sell your products in our studio/store?

Who follows your social media accounts?

We monitor all our social media accounts ourselves, we do not work with an agency, and we never buy followers or likes.

 

What do I need to do to sell products on Yogazero?

First of all, you need to have a company and issue invoices. The products must be of high quality, provide value and increase the quality of life. In addition, your ordering process must be fast and suitable for online shopping dynamics. We have a store open 24/7, we work hard and constantly follow our work. In order not to embarrass our customers, we expect our suppliers to be fast and devoted. We do not include products and companies that do not meet these criteria in Yogazero.

How should I receive my cargo package; what should I do if I encounter a damaged product?

When your order is delivered to you by the cargo officer; before receiving it, you should definitely check the outer package for damage and in case of any damage to the package, warn the cargo officer to prepare a "Damage Detection Report" without signing any documents related to the delivery. Return your damaged package to the cargo officer together with the report. You must send your package with your invoice. Yogazero cannot perform any action on returns made without an invoice. After these conditions are met, your new products will be sent to you by us as soon as possible.

Who is responsible for the shipping costs in return transactions?

In case of return of defective goods, our customers can send the product back with cash on delivery. However, the shipment should be made via MNG Cargo. In case of returns from companies other than these, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

The security of your personal information is very important to us. We use a 256-bit SSL security certificate that encrypts the information transferred during shopping and thus offers our customers a secure shopping experience. We use the Iyzico infrastructure.

Will Liforme Orange Mat and Feet Up be coming?

Products that are out of stock are supplied as soon as possible and are available on Yogazero.com.

How can I be informed about Yogazero discounts, announcements and campaigns?

We generally make announcements via e-mail once a week. We also send announcements through our social media accounts.
